30-Day Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Delaware.

International Users: If you're accessing our Service from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws.

Changes to Terms
